Hey,
I have a question... I train swimming (not professional) and I do it also in winter. The fact is I do not dry my hair good enough sometimes. My grandma says I could get brain inflamation. I find this somehow funny, but I worry inflammation might be true anyway. So, could this be true?

girl,
you granma is right... it is not ok going out in winter with half dry hair
When you expose you head to cold, you can certanly get flu or cold or something.
About brain inflamation... it cannot be connected to phyisical cause. I think brain inflammation is more conected to biological causes, like microorganism (but this is not my area any more)
You should at least wear hat and try to dry your hair when you finish swimming...just keep it safe.. swimming as any other physical activity is very good for body, but the way you are doing it... healty may very quickly turn into hurtful action.
Be careful... |
