| I have a problem that most women do. I have quite visible stretch marks. My doctor says this could also be a result of diagnosed PCOS, since I got lots of weight in the past two years. I need to know what possibilities are of reducing stretch marks. |

There are few possibilities to reduce stretch marks and some are more invasive than others. Skin treatment creams are one solution, but not all work (unfortunately…), simply it sounds too good to be true. But they are the least invasive.
Dermabrasion is most invasive and it takes place under general anesthetic, which is why it is quite a serious (and painful) procedure. The surface of skin is removed by a process of sanding. However, the process is very effective, but is not something to be taken lightly! The healing process takes few months!
Other procedure is microdermabrasion and it is less invasive than prior, also very popular. In this procedure the surface layer of the skin is removed by using a special wand with a roughened surface that lightly sands the skin. This procedure does not require anesthetic and it is less painful than dermabrasion. |

no creams work... at least i don't know one.
Dermabrasion is hard core. i think too much, if they strech marks are not really, really obvious.
maybe plenty of water and lots of exercise could help strenghten your skin. stretch marks shall still be visible, but at least the figure is better. at least something |
