Hello!
I am 25 years old, and I am noticing wrinkles around my mouth and eyes (when I smile). I used to smoke, but do not no more, and I try to live as healthy as possible. This comprehension put me on realistic ground, that I am getting older and more and more lines and wrinkles will be visible in time… Am I a lonely case? |

No, you are definitely not a lonely case. Some women, men get wrinkles at 25 years, some earlier, and some little bit later… but you are definitely no exception, and age of 25 is average these days for getting wrinkles. Most women notice wrinkles at 25 years!
This age limit used to be little bit higher few decades ago, but with the way we live today- stress, pollution, you say you smoked (thankfully you stopped)…these are all the reasons that have contributed and still do to formation of wrinkles. Not to mention the sun, which is a silent wrinkle former. Perhaps we are not even aware how much damage sun can cause to our skin and contribute to formation of wrinkles, and except saying do wear sun protection and avoid sun in its peak time, nothing else can be done.
Most of all, I hope you are not depressed because of the few wrinkles … I am 25 too, and I have them too, but that does not mean I am wrinkled I have few wrinkles – but so far I am the only one who sees them, and I am planning to stay that way for the next 10 years, and am planning to follow all needed to achieve that!
Don’t worry, be happy! We are still young! We are 25 for God’s sake! |
